Convenient location nice area to get away...

Elevator was not working in the am the following day and I was on the 3rd floor..

TV did not work we could only get 1 channel -- CNN. Yuck!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. The location was convenient, with easy access to the freeway and close proximity to a casino, restaurants, and small stores. cleanliness was excellent, and the parking was secure.

Great customer service. When the electricity went out during my stay, the staff at Best Western Luxury Inn handled it promptly and kept me informed. They provided me with a portable fan and made sure I was comfortable. The manager personally apologized for the inconvenience. I had a positive experience and I will recommend this hotel to others.
